I coach in alignment with the principles of entelechy and functional medicine. I believe that each of us has an innate wisdom and a divine blueprint that will guide us to the best possible expression of ourselves. I also believe in the interrelatedness of systems and the wisdom of respecting the root cause. I integrate positive psychology, motivational interviewing, appreciative inquiry and many other tools and techniques into my coaching process.I collaborate with my clients to support them as they achieve greater integrity, joy and love. They experience shifts in momentum, renewed confidence and increased competence that impacts their personal and professional lives. They find that their quality of life improves and they come out stronger and more integrated after working with me.Prior to coaching professionally, my career spanned multiple industries where I served in executive leadership roles effectively adapting to the unique demands of each business. In every situation, I was motivated by the opportunity to make an impact through initiating connections, providing clarity and inspiring collaboration around mission, vision and goals.I truly love partnering with others to help them achieve their full potential!
