Later in life I have decided to make a career change and the journey has been exhilarating!  A dear friend shared that she wanted to checkout the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and I said "let's do it".  My current career has been in the service industry for 19 years and many of my guests would comment, "you should be a therapist, you listen so well and have great advice."  Stepping out of my comfort zone in 9/2020 to attend a year long program at FMCA, which led me to creating Essential Wellness Coaching, giving me the opportunity to work with a variety of people ready to make manageable and sustainable changes, while having fun along the way. Coaching is not about giving advice, it has a lot to do with listening and providing accountability to those who choose to accept it.  Coaching is about making Lifestyle changes in your own way, you own time and celebrating the successes, no matter their size.  As I phase out of my current career into a full-time coaching career I look forward to my continued learning experience and that of those I work with.
