Hi and welcome to my profile!I am Dora, Functional Medicine Health Coach specialized in women’s health andfertility.It all started with my own health journey in managing PCOS, then going througha difficult pregnancy that lead to premature labor and loss. That’s when I havedecided to learn all about how I can help the body reach optimal fertility. Allthese efforts have paid out and I was able to have a healthy pregnancy and thebirth that I wanted in 2020.Seeing the need for support with my own eyes, when it comes to this fertilityjourney, I became a subject matter expert for other women who are goingthrough similar challenges.My favorite activities are hiking, reading and yoga.While working with my clients, I utilize my health coaching skills to find uniqueand bespoke methods that work for each unique individual, no matter of theireating and lifestyle history.
