About
I faithfully serve and support senior leaders so they can elevate how they lead and live. {Think of me as a life and health coach for business leaders.} I am their secret sauce. I help them to manage the unhealthy stress in their work environment, avoid burnout, renew their sense of well-being, reconnect, and become, or return to being, the heroes of their organizations. Ultimately, their direct reports and families love me and are so glad I stepped into their leader’s life.I have two coaching programs available:ELEVATE - for senior business leadersSOAR - for individualsLegendary golfersJack Nicklaus andTiger Woods could have progressed in their sport without help, but would they have gotten as far as fast, been as focussed, become as famous, or had as much fun along the way?It is doubtful.Continuing the golf analogy, in partner playing, golfers often say, “we ham-and-egged it”. This means that any time one player was momentarily off in their game, the other partner was able to step in and pick up the slack. Competitive golfers rely on coaches and caddies for strategy, inspiration, encouragement, mindset-tweaking, and a myriad of other types of support. Alone, they are talented and committed, showing potential. Together, they are efficient and effective, achieving breakthrough. We human beings were designed to live and work in partnership, on teams, and in community. Knowing how “lonely it is at the top”, why do we expect business leaders to fly solo? Why don’t all senior execs have coaches and caddies, partners and sherpas along the way?Bedrock is the solid rock in the ground which supports all the soil above it.How much better would they show up in their roles as leaders, both in the workplace and in their homes, with this kind of bedrock support? What if senior leaders had an hour a week where someone who is 100%forthem gave them 100% of their time and attention. This would help move the ball further down the field towards achieving their goals. This collaborator could also (1) hold up a mirror for them so that they could see how they show up in the world; and (2) shine a flashlight so that they can find their next steps with ease. Leaders don’t have to climb Mount Everest without a sherpa or an oxygen tank.
