Jess is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). With a career background in business, Jess was inspired to become a health coach to use her own health experience to support others. With continued education in the functional medicine modality at the School of Applied Functional Medicine (SAFM), she deeply educates clients on root causes of dis-ease and functional imbalance in the body and partners with them to restore and maintain health promoting balance and lasting wellness through lifestyle change.
