Hello! I am a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach located in Findlay, Ohio area. I am an avid gardener, self-described chef, and a group cycling instructor.I am passionate about helping clients reach their ultimate wellness vision by co-creating a path forward that is personalized and prioritized.I overcame Crohn's disease and it continues to be undetectable. I could no longer afford the medication, and knew there had to be a natural a way to reverse it. It took time, trial and error, and patience.  Once my gut healed though, everything healed.If you have a strong desire to take control of your health, and wish to work with someone who truly understands, let's work together.
