I am current practicing Nurse Practitioner whose passion for helping others live healthy, thriving lives lead me to pursue Functional Medicine Health Coaching. I come from the belief that our bodies are designed to heal given the right environment and mindset. I work with clients who have a desire and motivation to improve their health through positive lifestyle changes including diet revamping, incorporating exercise, and healthy home swaps. Everyone is unique, so I work with clients where they are to achieve their own unique goals.
