Hello! My name is Serena Chapman and I am the brains and heart behindWellful Fem Coaching,offering specialized health coaching for young women and girls to feel empowered to embrace their health and wellbeing by implementing healthy lifestyle habits that align with their values and dreams! I coach all topics ranging from broad areas like energy, nutrition, stress, and exercise, to more specific things like hormone balance, food sensitivities, skin conditions, and preconception/fertility health.I decided to become a health coach because as simple and corny as it sounds, I wanted to help people. Health is something I have had my ups and downs with (both physically and mentally), and over the course of time I have come to realize that health is everything. Our health impacts the way we experience the world, the way we show up in our lives, and the connections we have with others. I have also come to learn that we have far more control over our health than we are often led to believe. Reaching and maintaining our healthiest self is possible but it’s not easy. As a health coach, I provide support, encouragement, and education along the way. My goal is to make sure no one ever feels alone in their struggle towards better health.I am a functional medicine certified health coach (FMCHC) and I hold a master's degree in Positive Psychology from Claremont Graduate University. I combine my love for positive psychology, health, and lifestyle medicine to help girls and women feel so much better in their bodies and minds!
