Marcia Murray

Marcia was a registered nurse for 23 years at BryanLGH Medical Center in Lincoln, NE. She worked with cardiac patient's among others. She served as camp nurse for Easter Seals Nebraska for 8 summers. Marcia was a Realtor from 2003 to 2018. During her real estate career she was the 2008 Vice President of Membership of Women’s Council of Realtor’s and 2012 chair of the Affordable Housing committee. She has served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity and currently serves on the board of Blue Stem Health in Lincoln, NE.Marcia is currently vice president of her neighborhood association board. Marcia has taught sign language for baby’s and toddlers and their parents. Music is a big part of Marcia's life and she accompanies a choir at Christ Lutheran Church in Lincoln as well as playing keyboard in her husband's Dixieland band.Staying active is a big part of Marcia's life. She enjoys walking, strenghth training and loves clogging. She has danced with Capital City Cloggers, Instructed her own clogging group and currently dances with Luxe Dance Academy in Lincoln, NE.Marcia loves to cook. She enjoys trying a wide variety of healthy recipes and converting traditional recipes to make them more nutritious.Marcia graduated from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy in 2021 and is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach.She is passionate about helping others work toward a higher level of wellness. She has personally acheived healthy weight maintenence after having become obese in her teen years.
