Ashley lives in Springfield, MO with her lover for life, step-son, and two cats. She loves to travel the world and has been to 20 different countries thus far. Ashley's passions are bio-hacking, being in nature, learning new perspectives, planning huge gatherings for friends, and traveling. Ashley started her coaching business back in 2016. Her business started out as a life coaching business for women and quickly turned into health & wellness coaching once Ashley discovered functional medicine and how much power could be gained by deeply understanding how the feminine mind and body can work. She realized that no one can fully complete their desired goals if their health was not priority.  Ashley changed her business name to Forming Her Wellness in January 2022.My Philosophy of CareI have created a one-of-a-kind coaching system called the R.U.L.E Formula. Through this process designed for woman, clients will revive their relationship to their inner Queen (self), understand their equilibrium through detoxification, love their gut through the healing process, and embrace their healthy habits to simply reach optimal wellness. I combine this formula with functional medicine protocols and positive psychology techniques for a complete mind, body, and lifestyle upgrade. Clients leave their coaching program feeling like a  Healthy Queen and fully ruling their life!My InspirationMy own health & wellness journey is what inspired me to become a healer for women. Up until my mid twenties I had no clue how to connect and understand my mind & body. Everything felt foreign to me and I was overwhelmed with . Through functional medicine and life coaching, I discovered the power of natural healing and mind/body connection. After discovering the right tools to cope with my IBS, anxiety, and hormones, I decided that every woman should have this knowledge!
