I was born and raised in France. I studied Pharmacy in Lyon and specialized in Clinical Pharmacokinetics. I spent the first years of my professional career in the Pharmaceutical Industry working in Drug Clinical development. But I, with my husband and soon family, started an expat life and we have lived in various countries: Morocco, Taiwan and the USA since 2008. After California, we moved to the Kansas City Metro, in 2011.I started to study the American Health System and created a website, in French, to help French people living in the US, navigating the health system (AmerikSanté)Coming from France to the US, I wanted to find healthy food and I realized it was not so easy. So I made some research and I finally decided to write a book in French about the American food system. This book helps French expatriates to find healthy options in American supermarkets.In 2015, I trained in aromatherapy with Aromahead Institute and became aCertified Aromatherapist.My growing interest in functional medicine led me toEnvironmental Health. I took a Certificate course in Environmental Health.
