Hi, I’m Michelle. I’m American born but Adelaide, Australia adopted. I’m a trained engineer and a mother of three beautiful adult children.And, like so many others, I’ve lived with chronic stress and trauma.After seeking all the usual avenues to address these issues, I found that they didn’t work for me.So, after a serious lightbulb moment, I soon found a different path. I now hold another qualification - a diploma in counselling along with a certification in functional medicine health coaching.Since then, as a counsellor, I’ve dedicated my time and efforts in areas spanning domestic violence, homelessness, and supporting those who have been bereaved through suicide. I’ve worked with some of South Australia’s largest not-for-profits, supporting people to work through very difficult challenges.As a health coach, I often working alongside doctors to complement their treatments, I partner with people to create sustainable, important change in their lives. I’m not about band-aid solutions or quick fixes.I’m a firm believer in the power of lived experiences. I also believe in the importance of a truthful relationship with ourselves and building a fulfilling, healthier future.Passionate about supporting people to live a more balanced, joyful and peaceful life, I’ve launched my own consultancy, offering tailored solutions to your health and wellbeing needs.Together, I partner with clients to create a holistic and well-rounded practice to tackle issues that challenge the mind, body and soul.
