Aligned & Able is the space where I integrate my background as a pharmacist with functional medicine health coaching to support whole-person wellness.My work is rooted in the belief that the body is an intelligent, interconnected system. Rather than chasing symptoms, I help clients explore the deeper drivers of health — daily habits, stress patterns, nutrition, environment, values, and spiritual well-being — and build sustainable change from the inside out.I work one-on-one with individuals who want a thoughtful, science-informed approach to health. Together, we create alignment between physiology, lifestyle, and personal values so change feels steady, meaningful, and lasting.Aligned & Able isn’t about extremes.
