Kelly Ann Creevey

While watching her father pass from cancer while in her mid-20s, struggling with PCOS, endometriosis, an autoimmune condition, and being diagnosed with cancer herself at the age of 30, Kelly began a whirlwind journey into witnessing the healing that personalized functional medicine and nutrition can achieve, all while trusting in God’s providence. It was His divine nudging that lead her to leave a successful 10-year marketing career in the rear-view. Gifted with a deep passion for finding the root cause of disease,personalized patient care, and helping others find their optimal health embarked her on an exciting and rewarding journey to become a functional medicine practitioner, functional nutritionist, and naturopathic doctor, each of which she is still currently pursuing. Kelly has completed the rigorous Functional Medicine Health Coaching certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine and is a certified functional medicine health and wellness coach.  She is the mother of a 2-year-old son, Johnny, and currently expecting her second child this fall. Her deep-rooted Catholic faith is an integral part of her wellness practice and she is passionate about helping her clients live longer, healthier, and fuller lives.
