I am a certified Functional Medicine Health and Wellness Coach. With a Ph.D. in Chemistry and many years in research and wellness innovation, I bring a wealth of knowledge in human physiology,  deep respect for science and what functional medicine approach has to offer—but more importantly, I believe in my clients. As a heart-centered coach-in-training, I’m here to walk beside my client—not ahead of them—on their journey toward better health.
