Amy is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, along with a certified Functional Medicine Health Coach based in Boise, Idaho.  Her decades of being a Dental Hygienist and having her Masters in Organizational Leadership bring a unique perspective to her holistic approach to bringing clarity, direction and positive support for her clients.Amy has 10 years of personal experience as a patient with a Functional Medicine provider; learning and discovering the foundation of the Functional Medicine world and has firsthand knowledge of how overwhelming and rewarding change can be. In addition, Amy’s 30 years of being a dental hygienist nourishes the experience behind the link between your teeth, real food and sustained health; providing a unique meaning behind the “root cause” of disease.Amy is passionate about helping women becoming better women in all areas of their lives.
