My name is Judy Weisseg and I am the founder of Whispering Willows Coaching & Consulting.My mission is to support and empower women in mid-life to take the reins of their health and learn new life skills to build their best lives!In addition to my 30+ years of human resource leadership experience I am also a certified coach in functional medicine, nutrition, and menopause.We are each unique individuals with one-of-a-kind biochemistries. There is no one size fits all when it comes to balancing our hormones, healing our guts or unleashing the amazing women we are within. Yet, I know with the right determination, support, tools and plan every woman can build a path and live their best live.
