I am a newly certified coach looking to collaborate with Functional and Holistic practitioners. I have been a licensed hair stylist for the past 18+ years and am currently transitioning my business, Serene Beauty and Wellness, to incorporate health coaching for my hair clients and the broader community. I have a special interest in autoimmune conditions since I find more and more people are being diagnosed with autoimmune diseases and some are suffering with symptoms with no answers from doctors. My desire is to help as many people as possible to overcome their health challenges, whatever they may be, and be their partner to help them get to where they are now to their optimal vision of health. Rapport building is extremely important to me in order to be a more effective coach and to allow the client to build trust. Character strengths spotting is also a major part of the coaching process, as it helps build confidence in the person's abilities in goal attaining.
