Change is hard. Maintaining change is harder. I specialize in using the coach approach to support collaborative behavior change—empowering clients to make choices that support their health, wellness, and lifestyle goals.I am an accomplished professional who is passionate about wellness, nutrition, and supporting clients in identifying their motivation and strategies for change. I assist, encourage, and act as a client’s accountability partner—helping them discover how to overcome obstacles and implement strategies to lead a more health-filled life. I love to help people become more in-tune with themselves in order to develop lasting lifestyle change that increases their quality of life and health span.I have been coaching clients towards empowered change since I graduated from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, an NHSC-approved program, in August 2020. I work one-on-one with clients, coaching them to overcome any self-imposed barriers standing in their way and assisting them with creating individualized health goals tailored to fit their lifestyle, guiding them through step-by-step action plans to support their path to change.I meet with clients weekly or bi-weekly—either in-person, online, or over the phone. Sessions are between 30 - 60 minutes long, allowing ample time for personalized attention.
