Before becoming a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC), I worked in healthcare marketing, but was always pulled to working directly with people to support their health, rather than just selling health products. A few years ago I had a serious sports injury that left me sidelined from the physical activities that I loved. During my recovery, I developed a greater appreciation for the role of lifestyle factors within my control that supported my rehabilitation, including a purpose-driven mindset and functional nutrition.As a board certified and functional medicine certified health coach, I now help busy women who are no longer feeling their best make gradual and sustainable lifestyle changes to optimize their health and vitality. In partnership with my clients, we work together to identify their optimal vision of health. I provide support and accountability as we co-create and implement behavior changes that bring their vision to reality.
