John Farinelli

As someone who’s healed from debilitating symptoms of chronic diseases including EBV, Lyme, and mold illness, I’ve done countless hours of research and self experimentation since I was a teenager. My desire to take control of my life led me to implement massive changes to my diet, lifestyle, and mindset, which have all helped me to overcome chronic illness. When something wouldn’t work, I would stay curious, keep learning, and keep experimenting until I found something that worked and helped make the numerous shifts that got me to where I am today.Through my healing journey I’ve come to realize, first hand, how important the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of one's life are when it comes to their overall sense of wellness. I tried so hard for so many years focusing exclusively on diet, purifying my body and my environment, supplement protocols, alternative medical treatments, and exercise (once I had enough energy again) only to plateau in my healing. Once I devoted more time to developing mindfulness, prioritized joy in my daily life, started working with a therapist, and developed a connection with my spirituality my health continued to improve again.I know about struggle but I also know about finding motivation, maintaining grounded hope, and achieving the goals that are truly important. Because of my personal experience and my coaching training, I know that I can help others identify the core of their desired outcome and help empower them to make the foundational changes that lead to sustained transformation.
