Hey there! I’m Wendy and I sure am glad you’re here...Wonderfully Alive Coaching, LLC was born from a desire to partner with, support and empower women to believe more about themselves and their daily experiences. My career began almost 20 years ago in the educational field as I created communities and learning experiences, mentoring other moms and teaching diverse students. A combination of trailblazing and cultivating wisdom from the greatest minds in educational philosophy allowed me to witness first hand the power of self-learning, wonder, creativity and passion.Through the establishment of a successful non-profit built to support homeschooling families in Southern California, I learned the truth behind the saying, "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." We worked tirelessly to create, launch and run a dynamic and extensive organization. I mentored and learned from the diverse women within the community. I witnessed what collaboration and shared vision can do.This is the synergy I bring into my practice.Going farther, together.My vision for my life is my desire for yours - to live unafraid, to live whole, to life free and with hope. I want to love my life, and I want you to realize you can love yours too. Change is entirely possible. I am proof.Through personalized coaching, evidence-based strategies, and a deep appreciation for the body’s innate wisdom, I facilitate your journey of self-discovery and resilience.I entered the world of functional medicine as a patient in desperate need of someone to listen, and not dismiss the wild array of symptoms and problems I was encountering. As is so common among women, my desire to serve others resulted in my own health and wellness being neglected.I lost who I was. I lost my health. I was disappearing and I was in terrible pain - physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. But through it all, my "mask" never fell. I suffered silently.Sound familiar?I needed to come alive again. I needed to reclaim this amazing life and body I had been gifted. With that choice my era of transformation began.  After years of hard work , I am eternally grateful for so many practitioners, turned friends and partners. I did not heal alone. You don't have to either.I am passionate about helping women at whatever life stage or season they find themselves. It is never too early or too late. You are worth the investment. I worked with individuals, families, small groups and sports teams. Caring for caregivers and those longing to be seen, known and supported.As your coach, I am your advocate. I am your facilitator, your guide and your friend.  The pursuit of wonder will lead us into places of awe, laughter, humility, gratitude, inspiration, motivation and purpose.We will journey together, exploring the issues and interests that are valuable to you. We will set clear goals and mobilize a variety of tools to help you achieve them.
