About MeHi, I’m Elli and I’m so grateful to be a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. I have a deep passion for helping people reclaim their health by addressing the root causes of imbalance. My approach is holistic, science-based, and deeply personal, integrating nutrition, movement, stress resilience, sleep, and meaningful connections to create a sustainable path to well-being.Before becoming a health coach, I spent over a decade as a stay-at-home mom, balancing the joys and challenges of motherhood while navigating my own health struggles, including early menopause, Hashimoto’s and osteoporosis. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to feel disconnected from your body, frustrated by symptoms, and unsure of where to start. My personal journey led me to Functional Medicine, where I discovered a whole-body approach that finally made sense—and changed my life. I realize now that small, consistent lifestyle changes—not quick fixes—were the key to long-term transformation. Making those changes wasn’t easy, especially without any guidance or support. That’s why I do what I do today—because I know firsthand how hard it is to make lasting changes, and I don want anyone to feel as lost or alone as I once did.My professional background also includes work as a journalist, which honed my skills in research, communication, and storytelling.
