Since three out of five American adults lives with at least one lifestyle driven chronic disease I help people make small, incremental, meaningful changes so they can live with vitality and mental clarity.Many people will acknowledge that they should be 'eating healthier', 'exercising more', and 'getting better sleep', yet they continue to keep the same rhythms and habits. By focusing on changes you are willing to make and designing the change so that you can have success you will be able to 'spiral up' your health. Spiraling up by locking in small changes before taking on another change allows you to incrementally improve your health and wellbeing.I was stuck in the pattern of knowing I should change my lifestyle for decades. Obese, tired and slightly depressed I didn't know where to turn for help. I had a mentor show me how small changes can make a world of difference. Today my passion is to help others along the same path I was on to be able to experience success in reaching their health goals.
