Ivette Sandoval

From a very young age the human body fascinated me- its anatomy, physiology, and its resistance and capacity to adapt to new environments and stressors. Being aware of the things that made it better and the things that damaged it, I formed a career path that would involve a deeper understanding of the body and the alternative ways to help it heal. My interest in sports lead me to study kinesiology, and later I discovered the wonderful world of massage.Working with a Functional Medicine practitioner and observing the progress that people made from undergoing simple lifestyle changes brought me to health coaching. My curiosity, love of learning, and compassion are the strengths I use to create an environment of safety and peace in both coaching and massage. Each person is the expert in their own lives, and it is an honor to empower them to find their deepest values, strengths, and reasons to make a lifestyle change.
