I believe wonderful things happen when we befriend our biology, and optimize our well-being through gentle awareness of our whole system.I personally manage chronic health factors which have enhanced my empathy and depth of experience with subjects like pain, grief, and biological realities... and which have shown me experientially how to fan the embers of hope into flames of vitality & zest.
