I fell into self care and forced relaxation after having a stroke 12 years ago. Since that day I have learned that it is the foundation to happiness. There are so many layers to happiness and healing that "beautiful baby steps" has become my motto. Slowly but surely we can peel back the layers that are stopping you from achieving your full potential. We will work on establishing the "Why" in your life. Once you have identified the why we can move into looking at your life to see what supports your why and what does not. When we identify what does not work we can brainstorm and reframe the issue into something that works in your life. The most important thing to realize is that the answers are inside of YOU. I am just here to listen and support you by being an accountability partner that doesn't judge and will be able to help guide you to good information if needed.
