About

Hi, I’m Jen Nall, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC), NBC-HWC and passionate advocate for root-cause healing and lasting wellness. My journey into Functional Medicine began in 2017 when I was diagnosed with Lyme disease, Babesia, Bartonella, and Relapsing Tick Fever. That personal battle gave me an intimate understanding of chronic illness and ignited my mission to help others move from merely surviving to truly thriving. With over a decade of professional experience in chronic care management, case management, and client advocacy at the Southern Alabama Regional Council on Aging (SARCOA) and South Central Alabama Mental Health, I’ve seen firsthand what coordinated, compassionate care can achieve.Today, I combine that clinical background with advanced training from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and my ongoing membership in the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). As an active IFM member, I have full access to their world-class clinical toolkits, peer-reviewed therapeutic food plans, research database, and practitioner forums. My approach is deeply client-centered: we co-create personalized, sustainable plans that honor your unique story, energy levels, and goals. Whether you’re navigating complex chronic illness or simply ready to feel your best, I’m here to walk beside you with clarity, compassion, and proven strategies that work. You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s write the next chapter of your health story, together.
