Nichelle Alderson

I specialize in working with adult BIPOC (Black & Indigenous people of color) and their families on making life-long and generational holistic health improvements by identifying and addressing the root causes of the issues that keep them from living their best lives.   I offer a client centered and holistic approach that aims to bring to light the associations between diet, stress, family history, support systems/resources, life experiences, environment, and issues related to current and/or historical oppression, and how YOUR body, mind, and spirit have been responding.  I partner with my clients to address stress and mood related issues (like self worth & confidence, depression and anxiety) and neurodiversities (such as ADD/ADHD and ASD) that often coexist with autoimmune disorders, diabetes and blood sugar management, weight imbalances, chronic pain, adrenal fatigue and more.    In my early twenties, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and suffered from depression, ADD, and adrenal fatigue for many years.  It took me years to fully understand what my body needed to restore balance.  As a young single and Black mother, I just remember feeling overwhelmed with all of the advise, and just wished that I had someone to hold my hand and walk me through it all.  I keep in mind while working with my clients.   I am credentialed as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker; Certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner; Certified Auto-Immune Paleo Coach; and Certified Professional Life, and Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, Holistic Cannabis Practitioner, and Advanced Law of Attraction Practitioner - trainings that have provided a well rounded and holistic approach to my work.  Find more information about my practice and our teams offerings that include BIPOC mental wellness therapists, coaches, support groups, events, workshops, and classes for opportunities to learn and connect with our growing community of holistically healthy BIPOC online at: www.liveinfinitelywell.com
