Hi, I'm Valerie. Here at  Well Rooted Kids - Pediatric Health Coaching, I help families of children of all ages improve, their physical and mental health by getting at the root causes of symptoms and implementing healthy dietary and lifestyle changes.  I provide guidance and education to empower parents to make the changes they are ready to make. Through coaching, parents can clarify the goals they want to achieve and the steps to get there. Areas of goal setting may include: exploring dietary and lifestyle factors, known for contributing to common symptoms. moving from the SAD diet (Standard American Diet/processed foods) to a nutritious diet that supports wellness. identifying food intolerances.  improving exercise habits. managing stress and anxiety. improving healthy sleep habits. learning how to prioritize, organize, set, and meet goals.
