I used to be a busy career woman, managing my business consulting practice working with large, corporate clients. I did not turn down work and I pushed myself to meet all demands, including unrealistic expectations. This, together with relationship stress, took a silent toll on my health until it erupted and forced me to stop. The eruption was in the form of autoimmune disease manifesting itself. My form is rare and it was debilitating. I was forced to retire.  Retirement allowed me to take care of myself and eventually to reassess the rest of my life. I decided that I would not be defined by my disease. I am much more than my disease. After a particularly unusual disease experience resulting in another hospital stay, I determined that I needed to do everything within my control to help myself. Soon after, I discovered and implemented the autoimmune paleo elimination protocol (AIP) as well as other lifestyle factor changes that all significantly contributed to my restoration. I came out of retirement and launched Inspired Wellness so that I can help you find the same path. Inspired Wellness is aptly named because it is inspired by God as He led me on my healing journey.  I want to share the methodology with you and help you to implement it and begin your journey back to renewed vigor and vitality. It’s not an easy or fast process. It takes determination and dedication to the plan. The process is so much easier when you have support and guidance and I want to be that support for you because I get it! I have great empathy and total understanding of your autoimmune journey. I have also achieved great success with clients to date. What I’ve done to help myself and help others is life changing!
