Melissa Riley

Hi, I’m Melissa, but you can call me Missy! I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a Certified AIP Coach.  I have a focus in Low-Toxicity Living, Auto-immune Support, and Blood Sugar Regulation. After struggling most of my life with autoimmune issues, I understand how draining it is to have body aches, brain fog, and the many other symptoms of body dysfunction.  I have learned tools to combat the symptoms by finding the root cause of the ailment and it has become my passion to assist others in doing the same.  My goal in life is to help others take control of their own health, as I have been able to do with mine.
