About Sonia Sidle I’m Sonia Sidle, a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association and an AIP Certified Coach. My work focuses on gut health and autoimmune diseases. My personal health journey began years ago when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. I struggled with symptoms like dry skin, weight gain, and brain fog, and initially relied on conventional medicine, hoping it would provide relief. At the same time, I was also dealing with endometriosis. After years of feeling unwell, I decided to take a different path. With the support of an integrative doctor, I discovered the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), and within three months, I began to feel like myself again. Not long after, our teenage son was also diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. Seeing his symptoms improve within a month of starting AIP confirmed what I had already begun to understand: food can be powerful medicine. That experience inspired me to help others who are navigating similar challenges. Today, I support clients both individually and as families—locally and virtually—through functional testing (HTMA, blood chemistry, gut and food sensitivity testing) and personalized AIP coaching. Originally from France and now based in Montgomery, Texas, I work in both English and French. Vous parlez français ?
