I help people whose pain, fatigue and other chronic symptoms are keeping them from the life they deserved.  This is achieved through using natural protocols and making sustainable lifestyle shifts that reduce inflammation, boost their energy and allow them to thrive.   As an FDNP (Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner) and an AIP Certified Coach, I teach people how to customize their diet, lifestyle and health care routine so that common triggers are removed and give the body the support it needs to reset, repair and enjoy life again. As I have continued to have birthdays, (a nice way of saying "getting older!"), I was accepting different aches, pains and limitations as part of the human experience.  In 2015, I was told by an orthopedic specialist that my right shoulder had arthritis and would need to be replaced within 5 years.  Then I discovered the world of functional nutrition and what my lifestyle choices were doing to my body.  I started my work by healing myself!   I learned how to identify my food sensitivities and that my skin, energy and focus are much better when I can stay away from them.  The bottom line of this story is that I still have all of my original joints and don't have the symptoms that I was beginning to accept as "normal."
