Hello! I’m Alissa, a national board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC), and your personal wellness advocate. After being diagnosed with multiple autoimmune conditions, I set sail on the Autoimmune Protocol, and completely turned around my health. Now, as a coach, I work to provide individuals with the information and tools they need to take charge of their own health and become their own health advocates.  I am a proponent of accessible health care, and I offer my services virtually, giving clients the opportunity to meet more conveniently in support of their health.
