Hi, I’m Beth Russ! I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and a Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) Certified Coach. I am passionate about empowering individuals to improve their health and get relief. I put my heart and soul into giving people knowledge, hope, and encouragement to take the steps to free themselves from the symptoms interfering with their quality of life. My personal health struggles with autoimmune conditions inspired me to deep-dive into holistic nutrition and to follow evidence-based strategies to address the root causes of chronic health issues.  Through my business, GraceWay Nutrition, I help clients across Western New York (and beyond) improve their quality of life with an integrative and compassionate approach to health.
