I've studied with Tom Myers, Kathy Kain, Steve Terrell, Peter Levine, Raja Selvam, and other leaders in their respective fields, and I hold a variety of credentials and certifications across multiple modalities (bodywork, somatics/trauma work, nutrition, coaching, hypnotherapy, fitness).
