About
Annie Rubin is a second career registered dietitian with a Masters in Nutritional Science from San Jose State University. She started off on Wall Street, but found her passion for nutrition while competing in endurance events. She completed her dietetic internship at Stanford Health Care and started her career as an outpatient dietitian at Stanford. Annie also used to be a part-time instructor at San Jose State University in the Nutrition, Food Science and Packaging Department. She is an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP), Certified Leap Therapist (CLT) and an Autoimmune Protocol Certified Coach. Annie is no stranger to autoimmune diseases. In 2008 she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. While her disease went into remission quickly, it came back with a vengeance after the birth of her children. She has since used diet and lifestyle modifications to manage her symptoms, and her experience led her to establishing a private practice specifically for autoimmune diseases and other inflammatory disorders. In her practice, Annie uses functional testing to uncover root causes of the disease, as well as personalized nutrition therapy to help each of her clients thrive. Annie works with clients individually or within group programs that are offered throughout the year. To learn more, please book a free discovery call .
