Can other therapists on Riverd see my clients or my notes?+
No. Your clients, your bookings, and your notes are walled off to your account alone. No other therapist on Riverd can reach them, and there's no shared pool where your client list could ever surface to someone else.
Can my clients read the notes I write about them?+
No. Your session notes are private to you. A client signing in to book or to see their own appointments never sees what you wrote about them. Your clinical notes are yours.
How do I sign in if there's no password?+
You pick how you sign in: a one-time code texted to your phone, a link sent to your email, or your Google account. There's no password to remember, and nothing for someone to steal or phish out of you.
Where is my data kept, and is it safe?+
