About
Training Philosophy
The basis of my training is to start with your inner abdominal muscles before working on strengthening or conditioning. One of the most important parts of getting healthy and strong is to focus on your core. The control and correct form of every exercise is essential to a safe and effective workout routine. Once my clients know how to control every movement with their major core muscles, we follow through with their goals, whether it be weight loss, toning, or just overall feeling healthy. Safe cardiovascular training is always recommended, and stretching is a must.

Bio
I've been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. Started in the 80's "aerobic days" as a group exercise instructor, then began working one-on-one, and went straight into personal training. I've worked for most big chains...Bally's, Golds, NYSC. I've managed large facilities, and have taken the roles of all positions running these facilities.
I am managing and training in a residential facility at the present time, spending most days training seniors.
Focus is on balance and stability. I train sport specific for Tennis and Golf.
