Personal Trainer Overview
I provide my clients with comprehensive programs that are truly individualized based on their physical activity level, current health status, their goals and unique needs and desires.
Training Philosophy
As an independent personal trainer I have dedicate my career to providing high quality, one-on-one and small group training sessions in the clients' home.
I have found that clients are more comfortable in the private and familiar settings of their own homes or near by park.
I get to see how they live, what they eat, and also their family culture of health and wellness.
I am a strong believer in combining all physical fitness components into an exercise program, such as CV and muscular endurance, strength and flexibility.
I also a strong advocate of incorporating different types of training methods such as resistance training, interval and circuit training. Proper nutrition and a healthy life style are also important components of my personal training programs.
Education
Doctor degree (Ph.D.) in Exercise Science from the University of Toledo, Toledo, OH.
Bio
Born and raised in Israel, received most of my higher education in the US.
Extensive college teaching experience as well as extensive work experience at a clinical settings such as cardiac rehabilitation and weight management.
