I have 42 yrs personal workout experience, B.S. degree in Physical Education. I have been a full time personal trainer for 20 yrs. My client list includes executives, business owners, as well as high school & college athletes.

Training Philosophy

My philosophy is "Your personal fitness is my business". Because of my knowledge gained from many years of working out, plus my education enables me to get my clients the best results in the shortest amount of time. I never ask a client to do anything that I have not previously done myself. I always choose the most effective movements for the client's goals.

Education

Bachelor of science Degree in Physical Education, 1977 from Cal Poly University Pomona. Member of IDEA, an organization of fitness professionals.

Bio

I played baseball & football in high school & baseball in college. I then played slo-pitch softball for 25 yrs. Many of my high school athletes that I have trained have received athletic scholarships from colleges & universities.
