Training Philosophy
I don't follow a given philosophy because that entails one has left the path of scientifically tried and true methods in lieu of an artificially manufactured, propaganda-driven training that is built to sell based on hype marketing and salesmanship.
The training done is quite simple: Tried and true strength training and corrective exercise to improve anaerobic conditioning and conquer movement ailments that may be inhibited by a sedentary lifestyle, overactive muscles, and/or previous injury. Tried and true interval training to improve cardiovascular conditioning needed to improve level of fitness and achieve a sense of confidence that comes with a health body.
Education
Master of Science in Human Movement. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Corrective Exercise Specialist. Certified Personal Trainer. Continuing Education and Mentoring in Kettlebell Training, Functional Nutrition & Holistic Wellbeing, Corrective Exercise, TRX Training, Speed/Agility/Quickness training.
