Training Philosophy

I believe in building the muscles in order to get the toned look while losing fat. The extra muscle will not only look good, but will eat the fat and shrink the body in all the right places. Full intensity through hard strength training, core building, and limited cardio.

Education

I bring an old school style of fitness to the workout using similar techniques to football training that I participated in for years. Perfected the style of fitness in college while working in law enforcement and have been training people since August 2009. Numerous units in college in various studies. ACT and ACTION certification.

Bio

Living E-Harmony success story with almost five years of marriage to my wife. We even had mutual friends prior to meeting, but never met. I love fitness, football, body boarding, and cycling. I enjoy helping people achieve better results in fitness than they ever thought possible.
