I'm here to help you build a positive relationship with food and navigate unique challenges related to eating and mental health. I have experience working with ADHD and Autistic individuals to help them meet their nutrition needs, and I am open to working with all types of neurodivergences.
I use an all-foods-fit, weight-neutral approach that incorporates intuitive eating principles. I also strive to create a safe, judgement-free space to talk about food and eating habits.
