Are you or someone you know constantly thinking about food, weight and body image? Or do you struggle with constant gastrointestinal issues, wondering if food is the problem? Are you tired of the dieting industry and looking for a better balance in you and your families health?
I know that each person's relationship with food and their body can be tricky. Food can serve different functions to different people. Feeling hunger and fullness can be confusing, scary and even guilt provoking. I work with clients to find a balanced and flexible approach to eating, knowing that all foods can fit and lead to a happier more satisfied life.
I provide a non-judgmental and supportive environment as we work on your unique needs. My approach to each client is individualized and seeks to find guidance in your journey to wellness. Outside of my office, I can also do phone or skype sessions. Finally, sessions may also be experiential, involving grocery store tours or restaurant outings/exposures.
