Follow up sessions help support your goals, provide implemental steps in your journey and help hold you accountable. Clients enjoy knowing that they can email, call or text me anytime between office visits.
I am a Clinical Nutrition Specialist, a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, and a Certified Dietitian/Nutritionist who holds a Master's of Science in Clinical Nutrition. I specialize in Weight Loss/Management, Pre/Postnatal Nutrition, Cardiovascular Disease, Pre-diabetes, Diabetes, Vegan/Vegetarianism/Pescatarian Diets and Gastrointestinal Disorders.
