As a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience specializing in weight management, eating disorders, mindful/intuitive eating, and medical nutrition therapy, I work with clients to make healthy eating realistic and enjoyable. I don't believe in "diet plans," rather I support my clients in incorporating a variety of foods into their everyday lives.
I encourage healthy eating as a lifestyle change. My goal is to help others improve their current eating habits by making more mindful choices and by learning why they eat the way they do. Together, we develop goals and strategies to move forward and make positive changes.
Food should not invoke fear or shame. Food can be joy, nourishment and fuel. And I am here to help you rediscover that feeling. From our first session and every session after, I can assure you that I listen and support my clients with compassion and understanding. There is no judgement, no fear. We work together to succeed.
