I am a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience in clinical nutrition. I provide evidence based and practical nutrition therapy to clients with Diabetes, Heart problems, GI conditions – IBS, Chron’s disease, Ulcerative colitis , gastroparesis and pre and post partum pregnancy. Being of Indian origin I have special expertise in tailoring nutrition interventions for the typical South Asian diet. I also specialize in interventions to suit vegan and vegetarian diets. My goal is to help my clients achieve their goals without compromising on the pleasures of food.
