Hello! I am so happy you're here. I'm Ava Conrad a Registered/Licensed Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, such as Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge-Eating Disorder, OSFED, ARFID, and Orthorexia, as well as disordered eating through the Health At Every Size (HAES), intuitive eating, and mindfulness approaches.

I specialize in treating eating disorder throughout the lifecycle and have specialty experience in treating adolescents and athletes. Eating disorders do not discriminate and I'm committed to providing an anti-racism, anti-oppression, and LGBTQ+ safe space for all of my clients.

As a recovered clinician, I understand the challenges of recovery. I believe recovery is individualized and it is my goal to bring compassionate and individualized treatment to everyone.
